The Spireites Cup is being launched by the Trust, providing a pre-season tournament at Go! Active @ The Arc in Clowne for grassroots clubs.
It will be a week-long event, from July 24 to July 28, involving nine different age groups, ranging from under 7s up to under 15s according to next season’s age groups.
The Spireites Cup will include as many teams as possible, all playing in a tournament-style format.
There will be special guests making an appearance, handing out medals to both the winners and runners, as well as meeting and greeting the participants.
Refreshments will also be available throughout the tournament in the café.
Youth development coach Nathan Khan said: “I can’t wait to watch all of these young talented boys and girls.
“We’re looking to run it as an annual event and I’m positive it will be an amazing week of football and a great experience for the kids to enjoy.
