The Soccer Schools during the February half-term break were well-received, with hundreds of youngsters attending them.
Children were provided with opportunities to try a variety of different football activities, in a fun and relaxed environment.
Rob Stevenson, the Trust’s physical education lead, said: “Overall it was great to see both staff and children create memories that will stay with them forever and we hope to see lots of you join us again at Easter!”
Alyss Jackson, women and girls inclusion officer, added: “The February Girls Soccer School has been a real success, having had just shy of 40 girls playing football and having fun. Even the weather and muddy field couldn’t take the smiles off their faces!
“With plenty of new and returning children, it just goes to show the reach and impact we have on the local community and girls’ football as a whole. We can’t wait to go again at Easter!”
