Wednesday saw all three of the Trust’s chair-based exercise groups attend a Christmas party in the SBK Spires Restaurant at the SMH Group Stadium.
The event featured bingo, a quiz and a performance from Whittington Green School.
The chair-based exercise sessions help keep people active and encourage the development of friendship groups.
